The Objective:

Today the mental evolution of human beings is in revolutionary speed, wherein the time span between a concept and its implementation has shortened considerably compared to yesteryears – the span is constantly reducing. In such and ever evolving scenario – preparedness is the key. The concepts and inputs from the content is inculcated through facilitator-led learning and executed through collaborative learning in the form of Individual and Group activities. Complimenting topic-related concepts and framework are shared with context to work/life situation. Learning from the past sessions is reviewed and implementation of concepts is shared with the larger group.


An ideal batch size can be between 18 to 20 participants. The total number of classroom sessions is customized to the requirement of the organization. The program duration is ideally 6 sessions of about 4 hours each, can be conducted on consecutive days or in a phased out manner.
