The Objective:

Today the mental evolution of human beings is in revolutionary speed, wherein the time span between a concept and its implementation has shortened considerably compared to yesteryears – the span is constantly reducing. In such and ever evolving scenario – preparedness is the key. Methodology:

The concepts and inputs from the content is inculcated through facilitator-led learning and executed through collaborative learning in the form of Individual and Group activities. Complimenting topic-related concepts and framework are shared with context to work/life situation. Learning from the past sessions is reviewed and implementation of concepts is shared with the larger group.

Duration:

An ideal batch size can be between 18 to 20 participants. The total number of classroom sessions is customized to the requirement of the organization. The program duration is ideally 6 sessions of about 4 hours each, can be conducted on consecutive days or in a phased out manner.
